7 Things to Learn About Growth

Growing from something old and creating something new will always have curve balls. This is the Universe molding you and your adversaries testing you. We have a duty to ourselves to choose how things begin and end, but must recognize we are not in control of others and their choices.

There is plenty we learn from growing and have to accept or acknowledge or we may not grow at all.

  • Things change everyday
    • Technology changes everyday; you’ve seen the ads with new cellular phones, new plans and businesses grow through technology. It cost money to keep up with the changes but you are not obligated to change with technology, just make sure your changes are aligned with the direction you are headed in
  • When something unexpected happens, just breathe
    • At times the people we love will throw a “monkey wrench” in a situation causing anxiety and frustration. As well as, people you do not love do the same thing. So just breathe, THINK before you speak or react, again it is just the Universe molding you and your adversaries testing you and holding you accountable
  • Old issues resurface
    • When old issues surface face them. You invited them into your sacred space and you chose how long you wanted them to stay, especially when you had the chance to jump ship. Ask yourself were you a victim or volunteer?
  • Keep Elevating from old issues
    • The only way to elevate from old issues is to stop inviting them back into our sacred space. Close all the doors and blinds to them. If you keep letting them back in they will keep resurfacing. If you keep the same company or part of the issue around the old things will continue to reappear.
  • Stop revisiting old issues
    •  Sometimes we do things to agitate old issues like looking at old texts, pictures, letters, etc. Stop. That simple, if it brought pain and frustration repetitiously, it will continue.
  • Never treat old issues the way you have in the past
    • When an old issue presents itself, stop pretending that it is okay to act as you did before. Bring your evolution into the situation. Tell that issue “I have grown” from you and things will never be the same.
  • Retreat to your inner self for balance
    • When your issues flourish and you don’t know what to do, ask the Universe and the answer will be your first thought when you wake. Sleep on it
