 The Truth About “Free”

Let’s get one thing straight: energy ain’t free.

Not the kind that lights your home or runs your car — I’m talking about your energy. Your creative, emotional, spiritual current that you pour into everything you touch.

Somewhere along the line, we were taught that to be “good,” we had to give endlessly. To heal, teach, serve, and pour until we ran dry — because “God will provide.” But what they never said was you’re part of how God provides.

When you give from emptiness, you’re not being humble — you’re being hijacked.

️ The Cost of Misalignment

Let’s sip some truth, love.

Every time you:

discount your magic out of guilt,

say yes when your spirit says no,

or keep helping people who refuse to help themselves…

you’re leaking energy.
And every leak has a price.

When your Root Chakra (safety) and Solar Plexus (power) are out of balance, you start mistaking self-sacrifice for service. But real service sustains you and the collective.

Misalignment doesn’t just cost money — it costs peace, focus, and purpose.

 Sacred Economics: The Original Exchange

Before capitalism, there was reciprocity.
Before contracts, there was community.

Our ancestors didn’t charge for every blessing — but they did honor balance.
If you received a healing, you brought fruit. If someone cooked, you brought water.
Energy moved in circles, not hierarchies.

That’s sacred economics — a system rooted in gratitude, not greed.

So when I price my work, I’m not “charging for spirituality.”
I’m respecting the law of exchange that keeps the universe balanced.
When you pay a healer, you’re not buying energy — you’re participating in the flow.

⚖️ Misalignment Looks Like…

Feeling resentful after helping others.

Constant exhaustion after “serving your purpose.”

Undercharging or overgiving to “prove” you’re worthy.

Feeling guilty for resting or receiving.

If that’s hitting your spirit, baby, you’re not lazy — you’re leaking.

 Reclaiming the Flow

Try this affirmation today:

> “My energy is sacred. My worth is divine. I give with joy, and I receive with gratitude.”

Then, write down three ways you can create energetic boundaries this week:

1. Say no without apology.

2. Raise a price or enforce a boundary.

3. Rest like it’s part of your assignment — because it is.

Remember, even the sun sets. Even the ocean withdraws. Every element has its rhythm; so should you.

Solar Plexus: Empowered pricing, boundaries, confidence

Citrine for prosperity and power
