Honestly—my resilience.
Life has thrown me surgeries, setbacks, fibromyalgia flares, and “no’s” that could’ve broken me. But instead of letting that become my story, I learned how to rewrite the script. I didn’t just bounce back—I transmuted that pain into plans, journals, and spiritual practices that now serve as medicine for me and my community.
Resilience, for me, isn’t just about “being strong.” It’s about knowing when to rest, when to cry, when to release what no longer serves me, and when to rise again with fresh intentions. It’s my Root Chakra in action—keeping me grounded even when everything else feels shaky.
And resilience has its bougie side too—I don’t just survive, I survive with anointing oils, crystals, journals, and playlists. I show up with softness, with creativity, with love. That’s the flex I value most: I’ve mastered the art of turning survival into sacred living.
