Like any good detective, we’re looking for clues — but in this case, the culprits aren’t people… they’re the things, thoughts, and spaces that keep you feeling stuck.


The Mystery: What’s Really Stealing Your Energy?

Energetic clutter can be sneaky. It shows up as:

  • A closet full of clothes you never wear but keep “just in case.”
  • A to-do list so full you don’t know where to start.
