The Myth of Separation
“Separation of Church and State”—we’ve all heard it, Empress, but is it real? On paper, perhaps. In practice, religion undeniably influences our politics, shaping policies, voting behaviors, and even candidates themselves. Growing up, I noticed how certain policies—like reproductive rights, marriage equality, and education—were heavily swayed by religious doctrine, leaving little room for genuine justice and equality.
Hidden Agendas Revealed
When I stepped away from traditional religious beliefs, the veil lifted. I began seeing clearly how religion was often used strategically in politics to control and manipulate, rather than uplift and empower communities, especially melanated ones. Consider debates around abortion rights or LGBTQ+ equality—topics that repeatedly become moral battlegrounds influenced heavily by religious institutions rather than principles of fairness and human rights.
Another vivid example is how religious values are weaponized during elections. Politicians frequently invoke religious beliefs to rally votes, often diverting attention from essential policies like economic justice, education reform, and equitable healthcare. This realization was powerful, freeing me from blindly following politically-driven religious narratives.
Personal Awakening & Empowerment
This awakening led me to a deeper, more intentional political engagement. No longer influenced by religious expectations, I began assessing political platforms and policies from a perspective of genuine equity, spiritual sovereignty, and community empowerment. Through homeschooling, I intentionally teach my children to critically assess political messages and understand how religion and morality are often used to mask political agendas.
Inner-G Insight for True Sovereignty
As a Positive Inner-G Coach, I’ve learned the power of aligning the Throat Chakra, enabling clear communication, and the Third-Eye Chakra, promoting intuitive discernment. When these chakras are balanced, we effortlessly see through political manipulation and speak our truths with confidence and clarity.
Claiming Your Political Power
Empress, your vote is sacred—not because of religious pressure, but because it’s an act of self-determination and community care. Detaching political decisions from religious influences enables you to vote based on informed knowledge, authentic values, and collective upliftment rather than fear or conformity.
Use affirmations like:
- “I see beyond manipulation and align my political choices with universal justice.”
- “My vote empowers my community, free from external religious pressures.”
Conclusion: Embrace True Empowerment
Your political voice is powerful. By freeing yourself from the limitations of religious-political manipulation, you reclaim genuine sovereignty. Politics, viewed through this lens, becomes a sacred responsibility—an empowered act of liberation, clarity, and authentic community care.
