Finding My Way Back: The Journey Through Fibromyalgia, Reiki, Astrology, and Rediscovery

Life with fibromyalgia is a constant ebb and flow. Some days, I feel like I’ve conquered the beast. But just as quickly, I’m reminded that the battle is ongoing.

Before bariatric surgery, I lived in a world of pain, depression, and anxiety. It felt like an endless cycle, one that I couldn’t break free from.

But then, a glimmer of hope shone through: Reiki and astrology. The energy, the symbols, the cosmic guidance – they became my lifeline. They sent waves of positive Inner-G to my future self, guiding me through the dark times. With Reiki, I began to shed the weight of my physical and emotional burdens.

Bariatric surgery marked a significant milestone in my journey. I saw improvements – less pain, a lighter spirit, a reduction in anxiety. It felt like I was finally moving forward. But recently, I’ve found myself slipping. My self-control wavered, my anxiety crept back in, and old habits began to resurface.

In moments like these, it’s easy to feel defeated.
