I love to sleep. Sleep in, take naps and go to bed early.
But most of all, I love to be the first one awake!
So, my day begins around 5 a.m., I am able to listen to my favorite Youtuber, journal, and of course meditate with Reiki, without any disturbances! After that some yoga and if I am feeling it a workout.

I also take the time to either talk with the ancestors on my alter or water my plants, or both. And depending on which day it is I may pull a few cards to meditate on from the different collections that I have accumulated over the past year.
Candles, sage, palo santos, and incense are always in the midst and by 7 a.m., it’s time for coffee and get the day prepared for homeschool.

If I am not feeling well due to stiffness or fatigue due to fibromyalgia, I definately exclude the yoga and workout, but everything else is a must until I can move around.
Now if my sun is awake, this is whole different scenario, he wakes up at random times and therefore, I may have to sleep in …
Sending positive inner-G to those who are trucker wives, toddler moms, and suffering from a chronic illness and all those in between. We have to make the best of our situations and go with the flow when things change.
Especially during this time of year, where there are disruptions and distractions in the physical, mental, spiritual and cosmic realms.
While I love sleep and to sleep in, I take naps and go to bed early as often as I can. I hope that this has helped someone.
