The power of goal setting can send you into a world of newness and a push out of your comfort zone.

In just a few weeks I will no longer be an aspiring author! I will be a published author. My deadline is near and I will embark on new opportunities to learn and hopefully travel. This idea or calling did not happen overnight.

I have been working on the book for at least 7 years and truth be told I was just afraid; afraid that no one would understand or be interested in what I had to say but have learned it is the total opposite.

I have encountered those that made me accountable for writing often, providing services to make it happen and publish. If no one listened or provided the positive energy I probably would still be hoping to complete it at all and it would have remained an idea in outline form.

I have been truly favored and feel it is my duty to present the idea to the world. It is not okay to assume that everyone knows what you know and people still read books these days.

This book is sure to help a lot of women mentally, physically and spiritually no doubt about it. It definitely has helped me writing it and I just feel it should not be hoarded.
